Börja affirmera och manifestera medvetet!

Mina rutiner har förändrats i och med att mitt liv har förändrats. Dock har jag alltid fortsatt att affirmera och manifestera medvetet.

Rutiner är viktiga för mig och en del rutiner väljer jag att alltid ha kvar i mitt liv, som att tex skriva önskningar, affimera och manifestera samt skriva tacksamhet varje dag. Jag skapar ju mitt liv själv och får vara hur kreativ som helst. Jag brukade ta 10 min varje morgon innan och skriva i min bok.

My routines have changed as my life has changed. This is the case sometimes in life, but I still want some routines, such as writing wishes, affirmations and writing gratitude every day. I create my life myself and I can be as creative as I wish. I used to take 10 min every morning before and write in my book. I want to start with that routine again!

Today, when I opened my facebook, I was reminded of a blog post where I show you how I do play with my affirmations. Facebook is so clever in that way and I would like to repost this post actually. Hope you also like it!
