Det var första gången jag gjorde egen nutella & det blev sååå bra. Nedan delar jag receptet med dig så att du kan gör din egen goda.
Att göra nutella själv var otroligt enkelt och blev mycket uppskattat. Perfekta att bjuda på eller kanske ge bort som en present.
Nutella
Ingredienserna
200 g hasselnötter
1 tsk vaniljpulver
1 msk lönnsirap
1 dl kakao
2 msk kokosolja, neutral
Gör så här: Rosta nötterna i ugnen på 200 grader i ca 10 min tills det blivit gyllenbruna. Ta ut nötterna och rulla den försiktigt i en handduk så att det överflödiga skallet trillar av. Mixa nötterna i en mixer tills det blivit en nötsmör. Det tar några minuter så ha tålamod. Addera det övriga ingredienserna & mixa ihop väl. Yesterday, my roomie Sandra had her birthday & when living with me you can imagine that you will be served a gluten-free breakfast. So when Sandra woke up I had made scones, had her coffee ready & made her my own nutella. It was the first time I made my own nutella & it was sooo good. Of course, I share the recipe with you so that also you can make your own.
Making nutella was incredibly easy & was much appreciated. Perfect to make for breakfast with some one special or maybe give away as a gift.
Nutella
Ingredients
200 g hazelnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 dl cacao
2 tablespoons coconut oil, neutral
Do the following: Roast the nuts in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown. Take out the nuts and roll them gently in a towel so that the redundant skin falls off. Mix the nuts in a mixer until it becomes a nut butter. It takes a few minutes so be patient. Add the other ingredients & mix well. And then you are done.
