Ingredienser

2,5 dl havregryn
2,5 dl bovetemjöl
2 dl havremjöl
2 tsk bakpulver
1,5 tsk fiberhusk
1 tsk salt
1 msk ekologisk honung
2 msk kallpressad ekologisk kokosolja

Låt degen stå svälla i ca 10 minuter.
Grädda i ca 20 min mitt i ugnen.

Enjoy!

Woke up with lots of energy this morning and started to bake oat and buckwheat scones. Usually, I eat oatmeal for breakfast but got tired of the consistency and made delish oatmeal scones instead.
Obviously, one can not eat scones without homemade chia jam or tea for that matter, so I made a sweet-sour cranberry and blueberry chia jam. Of course, I also drank tea, but I was too hungry and forgot to take a foto of my green ecological dragon fruit tea from Thes de la pagode.

Oat and buckwheat scones
Ingredients

4,5 cups of oatmeal
4,5 cups buckwheat flour
4 cups oatmeal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1.5 tsp Fiberhusk
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon organic honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
6 cups oat milk

Proceed as followed:
Preheat the oven to 250 ° C.

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then mix in the coconut oil with your fingers. Add the oat milk and mix the dough with a spoon, or as I do with my hands.
Let the dough stand for about 10 minutes. Then shape the dough into round buns and place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes in the oven.
Enjoy your buns with chia jam (you will find the recipe here) and other yummy toppings, such as avocado and sprouts.

Enjoy!
