Frukost – quinoapuffar!

Quinoapuffar – lätt, god och snabb frukost just nu. Jag älskar flingor med mjölk och bär, men jag vill inte äta majsflingor så jag har hittat ett annat alternativ som är väldigt gott – Quinoapuffar.


Min små runda puffar är quinoa puffar, som jag blandat med frystorkade hallon i ekologisk rismjölk. Där jag toppar min mumsiga frukost med naturella pumpakärnor och lite ekologisk ceylon kanel. En snäll frukost med bra näring ett glas med råsaft av lingon. En pretty good breakfast if you ask me.

I have a new favorite breakfast since my body suddenly wants to eat something other than a smoothie bowl & eggs. I love cereal with milk and berries, but I do not want to eat corn flakes so I have found another option that is very yummy.

My small round puffs are quinoa puffs from Biofood, which I mixed with freeze-dried raspberries in organic rice milk. Where I top my yummy breakfast with natural pumpkin seeds and some organic Ceylon cinnamon. A nice breakfast with good nutrition and to that I drink a glass of vegetable protein and a glass with the juice of lingon berry. Hope you have a nice Saturday & a lovely start to your day.
