Earlier this week me and Malin attended a very nice and instructive runners workshop, with the long distance runner Mark Torgeby.
He has belonged to the Swedish long-distance elite for many years. He have run the half marathon in 1:07 and the mile in just over 30 minutes. Now he only does lecturers and teacher running.
During the period of his carrer active of running his mother got the disease MS. While his focus was to run faster and faster, his mother got worse and worse and in the end she was not able to move at all. It was a really touchy story!
After the lecture, we all went for a run on Djurgården and Markus taught us on what to think about when going long distance running. Our sweaty workout ended with a cozy breakfast at Helin & Voltaire.

Now its time to enjoy the evening.
So speak again in the morning!
Hugs Maya
