Kallpressade juicer. Nu till del två i min lilla Amsterdam hälsoguide. Juice är ju alltid ett säkert kort när det kommer till god hälsa så givetvis besökte jag även en kallpress i Amsterdam kallad Juicebrothers.
Juicebrothers är en kedja som finns på flera ställen i city, men även runt om i Amsterdam. De serverar ett flertal juicer för alla smaker, men har även granola, chiapudding, frukost bowls, raw desserter & alkalisk vatten på flaska. Dock vet jag genom mitt samarbete med OneWell water att vatten får en sämre struktur/kvalitet om det kommer i kontakt med plast, så juicebrothers alkaliska vatten är nog inte 9,5 pH som det står på flaskan. Det material man istället bör använda enligt vad jag lärt mig är glas eller naturmaterial.
Juice brother har sin tillverkning av juice i Amsterdam city och allt är givetvis färskt från samma dag. Även de samarbetar med Foodora och levererar juice cleanse paket till den som vill starta en juice fasta tex. Jag gillar juice brothers concept & rekommenderar deras ställe ifall du har vägarna förbi Amsterdam.
Andra ställen som jag även kan rekommendera är matbutiken Marqt, som ligger placerad lite överallt i Amsterdam. Det är en butik som säljer närproducerade, ekologiska & rena produkter. När du har all god & hälsosam mat du kan tänka dig behöver du även göra av med energin och då bara måste du besöka Rocycle cykel studio. En cykel studio lik den jag tränar på I Sthlm Urban Ride. Now for part two of my little Amsterdam health guide for you. Juice is always a safe choice when it comes to good health, so of course I also visited a cold press juicery in Amsterdam.
Juice Brothers is a chain that has several places in the city, but also around Amsterdam. They serve a variety of juices for all tastes, but also granola, chiapudding, breakfast bowls, raw desserts & alkaline water bottles. However, I know from my collaboration with OneWell water that water gets a worse structure / quality if it comes into contact with plastic, so the juice brothers alkaline water is probably not 9.5 pH as it says on the bottle. The material that instead should be use according to what I learned is glass or natural materials.
Juice brother has thir production of juices in Amsterdam city and everything is obviously fresh for the day. They cooperate with Foodora and delivers juice cleanse package for those who want to for example start a juice fast. I like the juice brothers concept and recommend their place if you are passing Amsterdam.
Other places which I also can recommend is the food store Marqt, which is located almost everywhere in Amsterdam. It is a shop that sells locally produced, organic and pure products. It reminiscent of Paradise in Stockholm if you know what that is. You can see more of it tonight when I post my vlog from Amsterdam.
Once you have all the good & healthy food you can imagine, you also need to brun some energy, so you just have to visit Rocycle cycle studio. A cycle class similar to the studio I workout at the Stockholm Urban Ride. Even Rocycle have a partnership with a company that makes cold-pressed juices, namely the cold pressed juicery.
