  • 1½ dl riven kokos
  • 1 msk honung (valfritt)
  • en nypa flingsalt
  • 1/2 – 1 dl vatten, eventuellt

Topping: Apelsinkross, kokosflingor + apelsinskal mixat ihop.

This is my third and final Raw food recipes for my amazing bliss balls, that I made for Felicia’s book release. All three were a hit, which I am extremely grateful for. <3
These yummy bliss balls are made of orange and mango and then rolled in coconut flakes. The have a milder taste than the other balls, but still very good with coffee or as an extra energy source.

Raw mango and orange balls – about 20 pc

  • 2½ dl sweet almond (preferably soaked 1 hour, but you can mixes as they are)
  • 1 cup cashew (preferably soaked 1 hour, but you can mixes as they are)
  • meat from a whole ripe mango
  • finely grated zest and juice of one orange
  • 10 pieces soaked dates
  • 1½ cups grated coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 – 1 cup water

Topping: coconut flakes + orange peel mixed together

Proceed as follows: mix the nuts, dates, coconut flakes, mango, orange zest and salt into a compact batter along with the water, that you add a little at a time. Use as much water as you want and think is needed. Set the batter in the fridge for about 30 minutes so that it hardens a bit. Shape into medium sized bliss balls and roll the in the orange topping or you can also use sesame seeds.

Enjoy and stay healthy!
