Glad Lucia på er! Hoppas ni har fått lussa och mysa massor idag!
Har ni någon gång tänk på att varje tanke vi tänker påverkar hela vår existens? Visst blir man lite överväldiga i ett sånt läge. Både våra positiva och negativa tankar skapar vilka vi är, hur vi mår och vad vi tar för beslut varje dag. Det är både häftigt och läskigt på samma gång, tycker jag.
Jag kan lätt vid ett sånt här uppvaknande vilja kontrollera allt jag tänker, men “no need to stress” eftersom det faktiskt är helt omöjligt.
Ett tips från mig är att istället se till att bli mera medveten om vad ni lägger mest fokus på varje dag. Det vill säga det som tar störst plats i ert liv. Är ni nöjda med hur ert liv ser ut så fortsätt tänka som ni gör. Är ni dock inte nöjda börja då ändra ert fokus mot det som ni vill ska ta mera plats i ert liv.
Ikväll ska jag fortsätta tänka samt fokusera på julstöket som pågår här hemma. Julgodis står i fokus just nu!

Happy Lucia! Hope you’ve had cozy day!
Have you ever thought about the possibility that every though we think actually affects our whole existence? I must admit that i become a little overwhelmed when i think about it. But it is the truth, both our positive and negative thoughts create who we are, how we feel and what kind of decisions we make every day. It is both awesome and scary at the same time, I think.
When i get an awakening like this i want to control everything I think, but “No need to stress” it is actually not possible.
A tip from me is that instead of trying to control every thought you should try to become more aware of what you put most emphasis on each day. By that i mean, what takes up most space in your life. If you satisfied with how your life is, continue to think like you do. If you are not satisfied then start changing your focus towards what you want shall to take more space in your life.
Tonight, I will continue to think and focus on my Christmas preparations that are taking place at my home right now. Its the christmas candy that is in focus!
