oregano olja

Okay, I have just found the secret to staying healthy for life …. no, but jokes and side I’ve at least found a great product that gives your fall illness a big fight. Namely, oregano oil that is said to be a super oil & have the same properties as turmeric. I have in the recent months tested this oil for many things, like cold sores, urinary infection, digestion problems & the regular autumn cold.

Sorry for not posting yesterday, but I was soooo tired & wanted to take a little rest in the afternoon and happened to fall asleep. When I woke up, I needed to catch up on emails, finish cleaning at home and then it was time to sleep again.

Anyway back to the oregano oil, which I think is a miracle oil. It has worked for everything I mentioned above, except for my digestive problems, which are better but not completely gone. That this oil helps, there is no doubt about that and I am a living proof of that. Have tried the oil for most of the things that I mention further down & the healing process has been shortened tremendously.

Oregano oil is said to be good for the following: its anti-bacterial & kills both fungi and parasites. It contains more antioxidants than apples, blueberries and oranges. The oil contains special substances which help to reduce the growth of bacteria. It seems expectorant and antispasmodic as well as contribute to good digestion. The oil also carries anti-inflammatory properties.

Note that this oil is strong and concentrated and is therefore not suitable for everyone. A group that should try to avoid oregano oil are pregnant and lactating women. This is because the oil can affect the iron absorbed into the body. Other people who should not use this oil are those who use chemotherapy or blood-thinning medications.

Usage: Start with 2-3 drops in a glass of water. Heat sensation that can occur is normal. The dosage can be increased slowly over a few weeks to a maximum of 4-6 drops daily on stubborn health problems. Immediately at the first symptoms of your cold or flu, take a few drops three times a day and drink plenty of water. Oregano oil seems the cleansing so drink plenty of water.

Some super good examples of external use: cuts, abrasions, sore muscles, back pain, eczema, psoriasis, fungal nail infections, warts, insect bites, Bee and wasp stings, ticks, deter insects, herpes.

The oregano oil has now moved into my holistic healing cabinet for good! Take care of yourself Hug Maya
