Idag har jag tittat på när solen har lyst utifrån mitt köksfönster, men det har inte gjort så mycket då jag har stått i köket nästan hela dagen och experimenterat. You know I love that!
Jag provade bl.a en mycket enkel skönhetsjuice, som jag kallar det, från min bloggväns Marita Karlssons bok. En grön juice så klart med ekologisk gurka och mynta. Denna juice är absolut inte avanserad, utan bara otroligt enkel, men ack så bra för att skapa skönhet inifrån.
Vår hud behöver fukt för att hålla sig elastisk och myntan ger den där super fräscha touchen och smaken.
Återfuktande grön skönhetsjuice
Ingredienser
2 st gurkor
En näve mynta
3-4 dl vatten (valfritt)
Gör så här: Tvätta gurkan och mixa den tillsammans med myntan. Tillsätt eventuell vattnet om du tycker att du behöver. Sila för att få bort överflödigt kött och njut tillsammans med några färska gurkskivor i. Perfekt juice för en solig dag som denna. ♥

Today I was inside all day looking at the sun shining outside my kitchen window, but it was ok since I have been in my favorite place, the kitchen, almost all day experimenting. You know I love that!
I tried among other things a very simple beauty juice, as I call it, from my blog friend Marita Karlsson’s book. A green juice of course with organic cucumber and mint. This juice is very simple and oh so fresh. Perfect to create beauty from within.
Our skin needs moisture to stay elastic and mint gives the juice that super fresh touch and taste.
Moisturizing beauty juice
Ingredients
2 cucumbers
A fist mint
4 cups water (optional)
Proceed as followed: Wash the cucumber and mix it with the mint. Add any water if you think you need to. Strain the juice to remove any excess cucumber meat and enjoy with some fresh cucumber slices in a glas. Perfect juice for a sunny day like this. ♥
